Swami and Friends
Chapter 1 Summary A young boy named Swami wakes up on a Monday morning and rushed through his homework kept on his father's desk. He goes to Albert Mission School. Swami gets "very bad" on his Maths assignment. In scriptures class he gets into argument with Mr Ebenezar . Mr Ebenezar's comments on Hindu Gods make Swami angry. His father sends a letter to Headmaster. Swami tells his four friends about this. Swami's friends are- Mani, Sankar,Somu and Samuel the Pea. Later, the Headmaster calls Swami to discuss the problems with Mr Ebenezar and tells Swami to not tell anyone about the incident.
